On November 18, we happily joined other companies in the field in an interactive seminar held in the premises of the Faculty of Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Constructions in Bucharest, where we talked with students from years 1, 2 and 3 about career opportunities that our company makes available to them, as well as about our long-term plans to support and integrate recent graduates.
We discussed at length what are the on-site trainings or internships that we offer, what are the steps a junior engineer needs to go through to join our team, and last but not least, our long-term programs to attract young engineers.
The big surprise of the meeting for them was the presence of our young colleague Mihai Andrei, a recent graduate of the Faculty, from whom they learned directly what his experience was in the recruitment process, what are the challenges of a young engineer employed in a construction site, what is the atmosphere day-to-day in the teams in the Ness Proiect Europe construction sites and, last but not least, how to reconcile the day-to-day work with the continuation of studies.
At the end of the week, we can say that the future in construction is in good hands: experienced professionals are happy to have someone to share their knowledge with and can't wait to take over a generation that, so far, promises a lot!
