Like many other sectors, the construction industry is facing a real labor crisis, regardless of the level of skill or specialization sought.
Since its establishment, the focus of Ness Project Europe has been to build and maintain a valuable team, retain and motivate our employees at all levels. For us, the focus on people is not just a brand book statement, but one of the key points of the long-term development strategy.
That is why we were more than happy to welcome future construction engineers to our construction sites, with whom we shared both the challenges and the satisfactions of working as a builder.
During the Construction Student week, organized by ASCB, we welcomed in one of our construction sites a group of students from the Faculty of Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Constructions and the Hydrotechnical Faculty from Bucharest.
We had the pleasure of sharing our experience with future engineers and showing them live the various stages of execution of an industrial construction.
Together with the project coordinators, we will continue to support Romanian technical education and the development of this industry.
