a) Rehabilitation of an existing building, located in Leaota street no. 2A, Sector 6, Bucharest (C6-according to Land Book Extract no. 10.038 / 07.02.2018) from a structural point of view, architecture, installations, exterior arrangements, based on a modernization and equipment project of the building, and its endowment with all IT equipment, software products and communications necessary for the services that will be offered by CDMAI.
b) Construction of a metal telecommunications tower (70.00 m high), located in the vicinity of the building, which aims to make backup connections to RCVD of the IT infrastructure within the data center. The supply lines of the antennas (fidere), the cables and communication circuits of the IT infrastructure and the electrical cables for the beaconing installation of the tower will be installed underground in the reinforced concrete channels.
