Proposed built-up area on the ground = 1,501.53 sqm, including: production hall, administrative offices, fire extinguishing system (pump station and above-ground metal tank)

On an area of approximately 4,200 square meters, the construction works of road platforms and external storage, parking lots, sidewalks, green areas and vertical systematization will be carried out, on the area provided for by the project.

• The resistance structure of the hall is made up of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements: prefabricated reinforced concrete pillars and main beams, prestressed concrete wedges and metal braces.
• The closing of the hall is done with metal sandwich panels on the metal structure, sheet metal covering, wadding and membrane and carpentry. Partitioning and interior finishing works are carried out.
• Interior electrical, sanitary, thermal, ventilation and fire extinguishing installations.
• External water supply, rainwater and domestic sewerage, lighting, fire extinguishing networks.
