Raja Constanta - Constanta South Sludge Treatment Plant

Purpose of the Works:

The project proposes the introduction of equipment and installations for the treatment of the sludge resulting from the purification process in the Constanta Sud Sewage Treatment Plant, the Constanta Nord Sewage Treatment Plant, the Eforie Sud Sewage Treatment Plant, the Mangalia Sewage Treatment Plant, the Cobadin Sewage Treatment Plant and the Poarta Alba Sewage Treatment Plant, having as objectives the reduction of the amount of sludge resulting at the end of the purification process and the energy recovery of the sludge in order to reduce the operating costs of SEAU Constanta Sud.

The specific objective is the rehabilitation of the sludge treatment line from the Constanta Sud Wastewater Treatment Plant and the drying of the sludge resulting from the mechanical dehydration of the sludge from SEAU Constanta Sud, Constanta Nord, Eforie Sud Mangalia, Cobadin and Poarta Alba, with the aim of reducing the significance of the amount of sludge produced at the end of the purification process.

Subject of the contract:

Design and execution of some civil, mechanical, electrical and technological works as follows: rehabilitation of buildings, replacement of installations and equipment (primary and excess sludge homogenization basin, thickened sludge basin, fermentation tanks, fermented sludge basins), construction rehabilitation / new object, replacement of installations and equipment (biogas storage tanks), New technological object / Rehabilitation of buildings / replacement of installations and equipment, re-use of equipment (Technological Hall for Drying Dewatered Sludge, including SCADA dispatcher and Biofilter), Rehabilitation of buildings, installations and equipment, electricity and natural gas supply, demolition and decommissionin.
