Design and execution of sewerage networks on the public domain of the localities of Merei, Ograzile, Sarata Monteoru, Gura Saratii, Dealul Viei, Izvoru Dulce, Lipia, Pietroasele, Clondiru de sus, Dara, Pietroasa Mica, Saranga and sludge treatment plant from the treatment plants that will be located inside the existing treatment plant of the Municipality of Buzau.

The work also includes the installation of 44 Wastewater Pumping Stations and their integration into a SCADA system (automated Monitoring, Control and Data Acquisition system).

Sludge treatment station: The project proposes the introduction of some equipment and installations for the treatment and drying of the sludge resulting from the process into the purification process of SEAU (Wastewater Treatment Plant) Buzau on a free surface inside it of about 3100 square meters of treatment in SEAU Buzau, SEAU Rm Sarat, SEAU Pogoanele, Cernatesti, Zarnestii de Slanic, Beceni and Puiesti, with the objective of reducing sludge management costs.
